Log in to several web sites at once (IE8 and FireFox Free Plug-in)
Do you so often have to log in to same old same old web sites? Are you sick and tired of typing again and again your credentials each and every time?
Here’s another cool feature of Web Replay: running logins in new browser tabs. What does it mean? It means you can log in to several web sites at once in a few seconds.
Here’s how it works.
With Web Replay everything you save – logins to web sites, bookmarks etc. – you can also allocate them to a TAG so you can organize and find items easily.
You can customize your toolbar buttons (right click on Web Replay system tray icon and choose Customize toolbar) so that you can see on Web Replay toolbar all the tags you saved items into (Personal Tag, Email Tag, Work Tag, other Tags you create etc.).
Now if you want to run all the items inside one of your tags, just right click the tag’s button on Web Replay toolbar and choose Run all in new tabs. See the video below.
In a few seconds (depend on your internet connection – for me it works in 5 seconds!) Web Replay automatically logs you in to the web sites you saved in to that specific tag (all in new tabs, at once!).
Isn’t that something?! Instead of typing my credentials for 3, 4 or 5 web sites I just click a button and I’m there, logged in to all of them, at once!

Sync Passwords across computers
In this excerpt I’m talking about updating / syncing Web Replay database across computers, your newly stored logins, newly created accounts & passwords, new bookmarks, so you can run them in one click from any computer having Web Replay installed.
It’s like this: you change a password to a Web Replay login or macro on one computer, you can sync it in seconds on another, using a files sync provider like DROPBOX, Live Mesh or Folder Share.
Here’s how it’s done in quick steps:
1. Install DROPBOX (click on the link to install it and create an account) or a files sync provider of your choice.
2. Create a new folder inside DROPBOX (open your DROPBOX by double-clicking the system tray icon, next to the clock, and create a new folder, with a suggestive name like –Web Replay sync)
3. Go to Web Replay management studio, at Computers (see the picture at the bottom) and click
button to show Web Replay the path to this newly created folder in DROPBOX.
You’ll find it in My Documents folder.
4. Click (starting with the second computer) Sync now button . Anyways, after you took the steps from 1 to 3, Web Replay asks you, on signing in, whether you want to sync database changes or not.
NOTE: In order to realize the database synchronizing across computers you have to follow the same steps above once, on each computer you want to sync Web Replay database. Meaning you have to install DROPBOX on all computers and show Web Replay the same path to the syncing database folder you created inside DROPBOX!

In my opinion, Web Replay 3.2 Password Manager has all the qualities for a complete web automation application.
Of course I have to answer to an implicit question: why do I believe so? What are my arguments?
Let’s see…
1. Web Replay knows when you’re creating a new account and offers to store your credentials so that you can log in to the web site in one simple click.
.
.
2. It also knows when you log in to a web site and offers to store your credentials.
3. You can create web macros using Web Replay recorder, so you can avoid tedious typing and clicking (i.e. – you can automate 2 page login).

4. I think it is among the best form fillers in the world because you can fill complex registration and checkout forms in a click and because you have the possibility of creating beforehand a complex form filler profile (including your first name and last name, date of birth, place of birth, your financial details – your bank, bank account, credit card number etc.)

5. With Web Replay 3.2 you can sync your passwords safely across computers.
What you change on your work computer (passwords, new account registration, new bookmarks etc.) you can update on your home desktop in a few seconds! All your data is protected by a Master Password you set beforehand so no one but you can access your passwords.

6. And if you register with several accounts for the same web site it comes in handy the in place login menu feature that allows you to choose among your saved accounts the one you want to auto-fill its credentials in to the login fields.
You just click the login fields and choose in a side menu the credentials you want to autofill.
Learn more here: http://deskperienced.wordpress.com/2010/01/22/1-click-auto-fill-login-multiple-accounts/
For example, when I sign out from one account and want to log in to another in to the same web site I just click the login fields and choose the one I want to log in to.
Plus you can do the same with Yahoo messenger, Live messenger etc. and Windows apps (i.e. .doc files where you set an access password)
7. And finally, but not the last is iPhone and smartphones password manager feature.
You can use the automate login feature just tapping the bookmark you want to run and you’re there, logged in to your website.

8. Password generator. You can choose the combination of characters for the password by yourself. And when registering to a web site you can generate and auto-fill it in to the password fields. And so you have a strong password and you do not have to type it in to the password field(s) because it’s already there: Web Replay auto-fills it in to the proper fields.
