Log in to several web sites at once (IE8 and FireFox Free Plug-in)
Do you so often have to log in to same old same old web sites? Are you sick and tired of typing again and again your credentials each and every time?
Here’s another cool feature of Web Replay: running logins in new browser tabs. What does it mean? It means you can log in to several web sites at once in a few seconds.
Here’s how it works.
With Web Replay everything you save – logins to web sites, bookmarks etc. – you can also allocate them to a TAG so you can organize and find items easily.
You can customize your toolbar buttons (right click on Web Replay system tray icon and choose Customize toolbar) so that you can see on Web Replay toolbar all the tags you saved items into (Personal Tag, Email Tag, Work Tag, other Tags you create etc.).
Now if you want to run all the items inside one of your tags, just right click the tag’s button on Web Replay toolbar and choose Run all in new tabs. See the video below.
In a few seconds (depend on your internet connection – for me it works in 5 seconds!) Web Replay automatically logs you in to the web sites you saved in to that specific tag (all in new tabs, at once!).
Isn’t that something?! Instead of typing my credentials for 3, 4 or 5 web sites I just click a button and I’m there, logged in to all of them, at once!

Password Manager, Form Filler; sync passwords (IE8 and FireFox compatible)
In my opinion, Web Replay 3.2 Password Manager has all the qualities for a complete web automation application.
Of course I have to answer to an implicit question: why do I believe so? What are my arguments?
Let’s see…
1. Web Replay knows when you’re creating a new account and offers to store your credentials so that you can log in to the web site in one simple click.
.
.
2. It also knows when you log in to a web site and offers to store your credentials.
3. You can create web macros using Web Replay recorder, so you can avoid tedious typing and clicking (i.e. – you can automate 2 page login).
Learn more and watch a video demo here: http://www.web-replay.com/web-macros
4. I think it is among the best form fillers in the world because you can fill complex registration and checkout forms in a click and because you have the possibility of creating beforehand a complex form filler profile (including your first name and last name, date of birth, place of birth, your financial details – your bank, bank account, credit card number etc.)

5. With Web Replay 3.2 you can sync your passwords safely across computers.
What you change on your work computer (passwords, new account registration, new bookmarks etc.) you can update on your home desktop in a few seconds! All your data is protected by a Master Password you set beforehand so no one but you can access your passwords.

6. And if you register with several accounts for the same web site it comes in handy the in place login menu feature that allows you to choose among your saved accounts the one you want to auto-fill its credentials in to the login fields.
You just click the login fields and choose in a side menu the credentials you want to autofill.
Learn more here: http://deskperienced.wordpress.com/2010/01/22/1-click-auto-fill-login-multiple-accounts/
For example, when I sign out from one account and want to log in to another in to the same web site I just click the login fields and choose the one I want to log in to.
Plus you can do the same with Yahoo messenger, Live messenger etc. and Windows apps (i.e. .doc files where you set an access password)
7. And finally, but not the last is iPhone and smartphones password manager feature.
You can use the automate login feature just tapping the bookmark you want to run and you’re there, logged in to your website.

8. Password generator. You can choose the combination of characters for the password by yourself. And when registering to a web site you can generate and auto-fill it in to the password fields. And so you have a strong password and you do not have to type it in to the password field(s) because it’s already there: Web Replay auto-fills it in to the proper fields.

Automating complex logins & form filling
We all want to simplify things and manage our time better by allocating less time to not-so-important things and concentrating on those which concern us mostly.
And here comes my question: Why should we do all those repetitive web sequences like logging in to our web sites or filling out complex web forms when we can automate and run them in one click?
Web Replay is an all in one solution that automates online, repetitive web actions like logging in to web sites (even in to those that redirect you for passwords) and complex form filling (fills out in one click registration/checkout forms)
Using Web Replay you can automate and fulfill in one click everything that annoyingly repeats itself and save time for serious thoughts like making a good copy for a business offer.
Let’s see how it’s done.
Detecting web account creation
Web Replay detects your intension to register on a web site as a new user and offers to create a macro that you can run anytime in one click, by simply clicking a system tray icon and choose the macro you want to run.
There’s no need to open any browser, no need to type any URLs, no need to type usernames and passwords. You just choose the macro and Web Replay runs it (Web Replay opens your browser, enters the URL and navigates to the login page, then enters your credentials and logs you in to the web site)

Instant form filler
With Web Replay you can fill long registration or checkout forms in one click, using your personal data that you stored in a profile.
Before making any form filling you have to create your form filler profile.
The profile categories cover a large area of personal data so they can deal successfully with complex, long registration/checkout forms.
See this tutorial: http://www.deskperience.com/tutorials/webreplay/form-filler
Automate 2-page login web sites
Many financial sites ask your username on the first page then redirect you to another page to type your password. This is a security measure to prevent password theft. Now you can log in to such web sites in one click.
Web Replay recreates in one click the entire web sequence: opening the browser, entering the URL of your bank web site, entering your username, navigating to another page to enter the password, logging you in.

One click form filler;automate 2 page login websites
Those below are the buttons supporting me in streamlining my online work.
I can save good time by automating my surfing repetitive actions and also spare my nerves.
I do not have to click a dozen buttons and type usernames and passwords or fill out boring checkout/registration fields.
Let me show this in details:
Here are Web Replay toolbar buttons which ensure the functionality of streamlined surfing:
,
,
,
,
,
.
They are customizable buttons of individual items, saved with Web Replay: macros, bookmarks, like this one –
, or customizable buttons of the tags where the items were saved, like this one -
.
This
is the kind of toolbar button I click when I want to automatically log in to my web sites.
Web Replay detects your intention to log into a website and it offers to store your credentials.
After clicking the Create login button you can anytime log in to your web sites in one click, as soon as you start your computer. No need to open any browser. All you need to do is clicking Web Replay sys tray icon and it opens your browser, navigates to the login page, enters username and password and clicks Submit button for you as soon as you start your computer.
By clicking this button
on the toolbar you can bookmark web sites.
Need to search among your saved bookmarks a web site you want to launch to see the news? Click the search button
.
Since you can tag all your bookmarks you can also find them quckly and easily. The bookmarks are shown as you type.
button is also very pragmatic. By clicking it you can take snapshots of the entire webpage, even of the hidden part that you can only see by dragging down the scroll bar.
I personally use it to save copies of my online receipts on my computer so I can manage them better.
And here’s the power feature of Web Replay: recording repetitive web actions like clicking and typing to reduce everything to 1-click.
Some web sites redirect you to another page to enter your password. Why filling out ,on one page, the username, click ok, then, when redirected, enter the password and click submit again, when you can do this sequence in one click? Record this kind of web actions with Web Replay then run the macro in one click anytime you want.
You think your passwords are not strong enough? Or you’re not using complicated, strong passwords because they are hard to remember?
Then you probabably consider keeping them safely on an encrypted database and generate them using a military password generator.
For example, while registering as a new user to a web site, and after you filled out in one click the checkout form using Web Replay form filler, click this button
: Web Replay automatically fills the generated password in the password fields.
