Sync Passwords Across Computers
Syncing passwords across computers might come very handy for many of us dealing with lots of web sites and intricate passwords.
It’s like this: you change a password to a website or simply save a new website or bookmark with Web Replay on one computer, you can sync them all in seconds on another computer, using a files sync service like DROPBOX, Live Mesh or Folder Share or one of your choice.
The steps you have to follow so you can sync your passwords across computers
1. Install DROPBOX (click on the link to install it and create an account) or a files sync provider of your choice and register.
2. Create a new folder inside DROPBOX (open your DROPBOX by double-clicking the system tray icon, next to the clock, and create a new folder, with a suggestive name like – Web Replay sync)
3. Go to Web Replay management studio, at Computers (see the picture) and click
button to show Web Replay the path to this newly created folder in DROPBOX.
You’ll find it in My Documents.

From now on Web Replay will sync all the changes you make in its database on different computers (changing a password, saving a new login to a web site, bookmarking another, creating a new web macro etc.) in Web Replay sync DROPBOX folder.
NOTE: In order to accomplish the database synchronizing across computers you have to follow the same steps above once, on each computer you want to sync Web Replay database. Meaning you have to install DROPBOX on all computers and show Web Replay the same path to the syncing database folder you created inside DROPBOX!
If you make changes in your database, on signing out Web Replay you’ll see DROPBOX system tray icon working, meaning it is saving the changes made in your database. Wait a few seconds until it stops before shutting down the computer.
Once your database gets synchronized by DROPBOX Web Replay will pick it up when you enter Master Password on another computer.
Is it safe to use a files sync provider?
Yes. Web Replay database is protected by a Master Password you set beforehand. The Master Password encrypts your database so that no one but you can access your sensitive data!
